Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?
~ John 21:21
A prophetic assignment is what you are assigned to do now that Jesus has done it all and excelled. It should be admissible that Christ has already been announced in all Nations and secured salvation for all people, nations and tongues but has He? Well, the gap between the claim and an expedient fulfilment calls for you to be a labourer, and an adept one as such. In 2025, to what extent shall you work this accomplishment? For one, you have to know what you have been assigned to do just as THE WORD sent the writer of today's devotional to teach even though the word is forever established in heaven. Folks, there is a conversation about you in the counsel of God as we speak concerning the next 12 months: what shall this man do?
To be productive is to advance the produce of His resurrection. After you have known what you are supposed to do, (a task that brings the voice of the LORD and the prophetic heritage of your spiritual father into a seamless accord), then comes Peter, 'what shall this man do?' Why didn't they tell us earlier that you cannot serve God beyond your revelational purview? It is the rock of your insight that places a demand for a task allocation. Reader, your job description in the kingdom is waiting for a broad elevation in understanding. Jesus, out of what you have done, what shall revelation empower me to do?
